9/20/11 We are currently not doing any individual player workouts at this time.

In today's AAU Youth Basketball culture, the focus is on playing a lot games, and not so much on individual skill development. Some players will spend time developing individual skills but few actually take full advantage of the opportunity to improve. The goal for the individual workouts is to provide a challenging workout session in a small group setting, as well as providing tools for players so they can continue to make improvements on their own.
How it will work...

Individual workout times will be posted on this website.

Each time slot has 4 spots to fill with 1 coach. If there is less then 3 players that workout will be rescheduled. Each Workout will be about 75 minutes.

It will be first come first serve and with only 4 spots per group the sessions will fill quickly. If there is demand for more spots we may add another time. Once a time is filled the website will be updated so please check back often.


The players will be given a folder with the workouts in them as well as some other handouts. They will need to bring this folder with them every time. Also they need to bring a water bottle. These workouts are very fast-paced, energetic WORKouts, and staying hydrated is important.
